Among them, elite groups such as the Eagle Warriors and Jaguar Warriors held a special place. 

They were a symbol of prestige and strength, and their distinctive costumes and helmets in the shape of eagle or jaguar heads were not only visually impressive, but also meant to emphasize the steadfastness and courage of their bearers. On the battlefield, they used weapons such as the macuahuitl - a type of machete with obsidian blades that were exceptionally sharp and extremely effective, making their opponents full of respect for their skills.
